Exchange & Refund Policy

Here at Blade & Rose customer care is paramount. We are happy to exchange or refund (excluding the postage).  Please email hello@bladeandrose.com to organize your return. Returns will only be accepted if in the original packaging within 14 Days of purchase in condition for resale.

If the item you have received is faulty or we have made a mistake please also email hello@bladeandrose.com

Returned postage charges will only be refunded if the item is faulty.

Delivery

Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours normal business hours. Please allow 2 to 10 days  for delivery depending on your location within the US.
