Can I add to an existing order?
We’re sorry but it’s not possible to add to your order. Our system is fully automated which means your order has already been sent to our warehouse for processing.
Can I combine my orders together?
Ours systems are automated. Orders go directly into the warehouse, so we would be unable to do this.
All orders are dispatched from our EU warehouse
How can I track my order?
Orders can be tracked through Deutschepost or USPS
How long will deliveries take?
UK We aim to dispatch within 72 hours for orders placed on a working day, please allow extra time during busy periods and holidays.
Delivery's can take from 5-10 working days.
Do you offer free returns?
Not just yet, sadly. Take a look at our Returns & Exchanges page to get all the info you need on returning items.
I'm ordering a gift. Will the paperwork have prices?
All paperwork enclosed within your order has no prices, however a CN22 form will be attached with prices shown.
